Spitfire of the North are working with a trusted provider of warbird pleasure flights to bring you this unique opportunity in 2024. Flights will be fulfilled in one of the following original Supermarine Spitfires.
MT818 is unique as the only surviving Spitfire prototype of any mark. This was the first and only ‘Spitfire High Speed Trainer Prototype’ trainer created by Vickers-Armstrongs.
MJ627 was built at Castle Bromwich in 1943 as an LF MK IXc and entered service with 441 Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) serving with the RAF
Spitfire TE308 was built at Castle Bromwich and delivered to #39 Maintenance Unit at RAF Colerne in the summer of 1945
